Junior Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Daily publication of content across the brand's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Assist in the arrangement of the editorial calendar.

• Monitor comments, mentions, and messages, escalating requests when necessary.

• Track the basic performance of posts and generate straightforward reports.

• Cultivate relationships with influencers and partner agencies.

• Collect and assess influencers' deliverables and outcomes (reach, engagement, brand mentions).

• Organize and oversee contracts and delivery timelines.

• Provide support for recordings, events, activations, and content production.

• Supervise and validate OOH (out of home) activations, documenting them with photographs and conducting basic technical evaluations.

• Manage the virtual store's inventory, ensuring accurate updates of products, quantities, and shipments.

• Assist the team with administrative and operational tasks related to communication and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience (internship, freelance, or full-time) in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as:

• ClickUp or other task management tools.

• Excel/Spreadsheets

• Meta Business Suite / TikTok Business

• Influencer platforms (optional)

• Fundamental understanding of social media and digital metrics.

• Highly organized and capable of multitasking, demonstrating agility and a sense of urgency;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• High energy and fast-paced work style, driven by challenges and growth;

• Proactively seeks quick and effective solutions when encountering obstacles;

• Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a rapidly growing, innovative startup environment.

• Experience with e-commerce or inventory management.

• Experience in monitoring OOH campaigns or event production.

• Ability to connect and build relationships with influencers.
