• Ensure that tasks performed by the Information Security Team meet the expected quality standards while facilitating the connection between development and security.
• Evaluate closed tickets handled by the Information Security Team to confirm compliance with established quality criteria.
• Assess new and updated documentation produced by the Information Security Team to ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Analyze the Information Security Team's KPIs and execute the necessary corrective measures for those that exceed threshold limits.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Project Manager on various project management support activities.
• Offer constructive feedback, identify the root causes of issues, and assist in process enhancement.
• Design, implement, and maintain an Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge system that leverages documented processes to deliver consistent, on-demand guidance to the team.
• Suggest improvements aimed at enhancing quality and minimizing overhead.
• Draft new procedures or revise existing ones as needed.
• Ensure that documentation is precise, thorough, and submitted punctually.
• Generate reports, some of which will be based on ticket data.
• Monitor tasks assigned to team members.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to refine skills and stay updated on emerging threats and technologies.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Practical experience in reviewing operational tickets and process documentation for quality, completeness, and compliance with established policies.
• Familiarity with ticket lifecycle management and quality standards within IT teams.
• Hands-on experience in developing AI-driven knowledge assistants based on both structured and unstructured process documentation.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Proficient writing abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in collaborative teamwork.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of the Information Security Team, with minimal supervision.
• Technical skills: A solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals will enable the use of the tools we manage and verify the accuracy of documented solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B2/C1).
