• Scrum Master certification is advantageous

• Proficiency in Design Thinking

• Experience in Extreme Programming (XP)

• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies

• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player

• Results-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in English is a plus
