Junior Scrum Master / Agile Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the implementation of effective team practices, meetings, and processes.

• Foster self-organization, high performance, and a positive team culture.

• Eliminate both technical and non-technical obstacles.

• Keep metrics and KPIs updated and aligned with the value delivered.

• Promote ongoing product enhancements through root-cause analysis and problem-solving.

• Utilize techniques that boost productivity, quality, and accuracy of deliveries.

• Address conflicts, facilitate team activities, and encourage team development.

• Engage in team growth and provide necessary support.

• Conduct regular checkpoints and ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are current.

• Take part in company events and initiatives.

• Plan team capacity and pursue new demands.

• Maintain up-to-date records of team members' data in beefor.

• Conduct semi-annual assessments, facilitate retrospectives, and track improvements.

• Create checkpoint reports for clients.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Proficiency with management tools (beefor, Jira, Trello, Azure, etc.).

• Comprehension of metrics and key performance indicators.
