Junior SAP SD Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide support and training to users on OTC processes within SAP, covering order management, delivery, and billing.

• Assist in pricing configuration and offer fundamental troubleshooting assistance.

• Deliver daily user support and oversee the management of support tickets.

• Help in configuring, testing, and implementing new features and enhancements in SAP SD.

• Assist with ongoing maintenance activities for the system.

• Work collaboratively with developers on system modifications, fixes, and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of SAP SD configuration (SPRO).

• Good comprehension of OTC processes and their management in SAP at a key-user level.

• Familiarity with Customer and Material Master Data as well as Pricing.

• Knowledge of LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management.

• Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
