This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ **What You'll Do**
β’ - **Prospecting:** Identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities across companion-animal, equine, exotic, and mixed-animal practices. Schedule and lead discovery conversations with veterinary teams evaluating imaging and workflow solutions.
β’ - **Demos & Deals:** Provide clear product demonstrations (cloud PACS, 3D viewer, teleconsultation options, PIMS integrations) and assist with proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
β’ - **Account Care:** Establish trust with prospects and customers; understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions and actionable next steps.
β’ - **Marketing Support:** Contribute to content initiatives, including creating tradeshow materials, recommending case highlights, and reviewing educational content for accuracy and clarity.
β’ - **Events:** Participate in tradeshows and assist with booth preparation, live demonstrations, and lead capture.
β’ - **Reporting:** Keep accurate records and ensure strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce to maintain clear visibility into pipeline activity.
β’ **Success looks like:** consistent activity, qualified pipeline growth, strong demo-to-opportunity conversion, clean CRM hygiene, and closed-won contribution.
β’ **What You'll Bring**
β’ - **Equine veterinary, clinical, or industry sales background (preferred):** Experience as an RVT/RVN or veterinary professional with knowledge of veterinary practice management software and PACS in a clinical or hospital setting. Veterinary industry sales experience β particularly in imaging, medical devices, software, or practice workflow solutions β is highly valued.
β’ - **Communication:** A clear and confident communicator who is adept at conducting demos and managing objections.
β’ - **CRM & record keeping:** Familiarity with CRM platforms and a strong commitment to accurate and consistent record keeping.
β’ - **Work style:** Organized, curious, and receptive to coaching, with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
β’ - **Travel:** Willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events 3β4 times annually.
β’ - **Education:** A degree in business, veterinary, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent hands-on experience is welcomed.
β’ - **Nice to have:** Familiarity with veterinary practice workflows (reception β imaging β reporting β billing), PIMS, teleradiology ecosystems, or prior SaaS sales experience.
