This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Qualification
• Promptly engage with inbound leads, evaluate their fit, and assess readiness before directing them to the closing team.
• Pipeline Handoff
• Ensure that clean and accurate CRM records are maintained, and that every qualified prospect is handed off to a closer with complete context and ongoing momentum.
• Rapport Building
• Employ effective communication skills to quickly establish trust, alleviate hesitations, and prepare prospects for the subsequent steps in the process.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with closers and the marketing team to share insights on lead quality and common early-stage objections, aiming to enhance the initial stages of our funnel.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling (experience in enrollment/sales settings is preferred).
• Exceptional phone communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward lead management and follow-up.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication platforms.
• Skilled at addressing objections and guiding prospects towards scheduled appointments without being overly aggressive.
• A collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
