Junior Reinsurance Accountant – Midshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Management of the Operations inbox through effective triaging.

• Follow-up on QS bordereaux accounts.

• Monitoring accounts receivable.

• Distribution of cash receipts.

• Coordination with brokers to obtain missing cash details.

• Communication with brokers and underwriters concerning inquiries, outstanding receivables, and premium adjustments.

• Involvement in additional projects and tasks as needed, including support for workflow implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A recognized professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA) is essential, with preference given to candidates holding these credentials.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and office skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

• A robust work ethic.

• An innate ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient time management abilities.

• Capability to prioritize various tasks and operate under tight deadlines, especially during peak periods.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
