Junior Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases for the Prosoft web and mobile platforms.

• Detect, document, and monitor software defects using DevOps.

• Aid in verifying that the system's payroll engine complies with government regulations for countries including Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, among others.

• Conduct re-testing of resolved bugs and perform standard 'health checks' on existing features whenever a new update is released.

• Maintain and refresh simple test scripts and checklists to ensure our testing library remains up to date.

• Collaborate closely with senior testers and developers to comprehend new HR features and their intended functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business/HR with a strong interest in technology.

• Exceptional attention to detail (overlooking even a cent in a payroll test can have serious implications!).

• Familiarity with web browsers, mobile applications, and basic Microsoft Excel for data comparison.

• Capability to articulate a technical issue in straightforward, clear English.

• Bonus Points: Previous experience with SQL or familiarity with it is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
