Junior Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the excellence of systems, applications, and digital products.

• Plan, develop, and implement both functional and non-functional test cases and scenarios.

• Conduct manual and/or automated testing on web and mobile applications as well as APIs.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects and discrepancies in developed features.

• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables.

• Assist in defining test strategies and plans for new features.

• Engage in the validation of requirements and acceptance criteria for deliverables.

• Perform regression, integration, and feature validation tests.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality processes and practices.

• Support the promotion of test automation and QA best practices across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in software testing (QA).

• Proficient in creating and executing test cases.

• Familiarity with functional, exploratory, and regression testing methodologies.

• Experience in documenting and tracking bugs using management tools.

• Understanding of agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban).

• Capability to analyze requirements and identify relevant test scenarios.

• Possess an analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with development and product teams.

• Experience with test automation is a plus.

• Knowledge of API testing is a plus.

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and quality pipelines is a plus.

• QA-related certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus.
