Junior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts integrated into your product team to envision and deliver user-centered solutions that provide measurable value for our customers, taking full accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept to production.

• Link your design choices to business outcomes by converting commercial objectives into design logic, establishing success metrics, and conducting experiments that demonstrate significant impact.

• Utilize AI-native workflows to bridge the gap between ideation and production, enabling prototyping and iteration directly in code instead of through static handoffs.

• Develop functional prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate rapidly, facilitating production deployment with engineering support.

• Design and implement AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, applying keen design sensibility to assess and enhance AI-generated outputs.

• Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by creating and maintaining code components—not merely static documentation—that engineering teams can utilize directly.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews with fellow designers, clearly articulating your design rationale supported by data to cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design, with a portfolio that highlights shipped work and live prototypes—not just static screens.

• Proven AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or similar) as an integral part of your design, prototyping, and iteration process.

• Proficiency in code-assisted design: you are capable of reading and critiquing React/HTML through AI-generated outputs and guiding prompts to enhance UI. Alternatively, you are fluent in no-code tools (Lovable) to ship directly without engineering handoff.

• A comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them within fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.

• Strong systems thinking: ability to design for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences while considering the entire product journey—not just individual screens.

• Team-oriented mindset. You contribute generously without expecting anything in return, support the best idea rather than solely your own, and are always willing to assist your team. You are dependable, honest, and transparent.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design choices and influence cross-functional partners.
