This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct interviews and collect information from business areas to pinpoint processing activities, purposes, legal bases, data flows, retention durations, and data sharing.
• Organize and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) within the client's tool (training will be provided by QOD).
• Manage and validate the data inventory, mapping flows, and classifying both personal and sensitive data.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of records before delivering them to the client.
• Document unresolved issues, formalize status updates via email with relevant stakeholders, and keep the team informed about the management board.
• Adhere to the agreed mapping Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Practical experience in mapping personal data processing activities (RoPA), even at an entry-level position.
• Solid understanding of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including legal bases, personal and sensitive data, the data lifecycle, and processing flows.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills for conducting interviews and formalizing email correspondence.
• Capability to work independently, proactively seeking the necessary information.
• Degree or additional coursework in privacy, data protection, or LGPD (preferred).
• Familiarity with privacy tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English (preferred).
