Junior PHP, Vue.js Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of production-ready, consumer-oriented applications and backend systems.

• Accountable for aiding our senior team member in the creation of frontend and backend features across our range of web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing web-based applications.

• At least 2 years of experience with Laravel.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Vue.js.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JQuery.

• Experience in creating REST APIs and utilizing version control with Git.

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Strong grasp of programming techniques and tools, along with the web development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of standard tools for code optimization and testing.

• Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies, actively identifying opportunities for improvement, and keeping current with emerging technologies.

• Effective communication skills with team members and leadership.

• Capability to work remotely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing and prioritizing various responsibilities.
