Junior Permits Analyst – Fire Protection (PPCI)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• ✅ Develop PPCI Legal (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in accordance with the regulations and technical directives of each state Fire Department.

• ✅ Assess architectural and supplementary drawings to enforce fire safety standards.

• ✅ Assemble, organize, and submit comprehensive PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, which include: graphical drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility registrations), along with necessary legal documentation.

• ✅ Oversee the processes for acquiring and renewing AVCB / CLCB certificates, ensuring compliance with requirements and technical opinions.

• ✅ Address requirements, notifications, and communications, offering technically feasible solutions that align with legislation.

• ✅ Collaborate directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal teams.

• ✅ Assist with technical and legal feasibility analyses related to fire protection for new initiatives, expansions, or regularizations.

• ✅ Monitor deadlines, statuses, and timelines for approval processes nationwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 🔹 Demonstrated experience in preparing PPCI Legal and securing approvals from the Fire Department.

• 🔹 Comprehensive understanding of state regulations and technical guidelines for fire protection.

• 🔹 Proficient in interpreting and coordinating architectural and technical drawings.

• 🔹 Strong organizational abilities, independence, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent processes across various states.
