This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily oversight of primary paid acquisition channels or Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Aid in the development of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring accurate tracking implementation and collecting data insights.
• Actively engage in the testing process by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and conducting audience tests.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance using our primary tools (Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards) and promptly highlight any significant changes or performance discrepancies.
• Extract, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to assist in weekly and monthly strategic evaluations.
• Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards regularly.
• Support the creative briefing process by collecting performance data and communicating necessary asset modifications and successful strategies to the content team.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to facilitate the launch and testing cycles for landing pages, concentrating on improving conversion rates.
• Assist in documenting and implementing systems designed to enhance the speed of creative testing and minimize fatigue.
• Establish initial connections with key traffic source representatives, aiding the Senior team in managing communications and reporting performance metrics.
• Research and document potential new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools, etc.).
• Stay informed about platform regulations, policy updates, and algorithm changes.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition is required.
• You have explored and understand the fundamental structures of major advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Ability to rapidly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
• You have a keen sense of what makes an ad hook effective, along with strong analytical skills (comfortable with data/Excel) to translate data into creative briefs.
• Familiarity with basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience with any analytics or tracking tool (e.g., GA4, Voluum, or fundamental platform reporting setups) is beneficial.
• Background in sensitive or regulated sectors (e.g. dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills: You are fluent in English and can express thoughts and findings clearly.
