Junior Operations Manager, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the operational management of customer orders and coordinate international transportation.

• You will collaborate with suppliers to organize inbound operations and manage logistics service providers.

• You will directly communicate with suppliers, service providers, and the 1K5° partner operations to oversee the flow of goods and payments.

• You will continually enhance internal processes and assist in executing projects aimed at the strategic development of the transport and logistics network.

• You will autonomously develop the existing operational reporting for the supply chain to improve process efficiency.

• You will assist in strategic procurement as well as support the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a commercial vocational qualification or have completed a degree in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain management.

• You have up to two years of relevant professional experience in order processing, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management — experience as a working student is also valued.

• You have prior experience with common ERP systems.

• You demonstrate an independent, diligent, and organized work style.

• You are fluent in German and English (C1).
