Junior Network and Security Engineer – 24/7

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to global clients through email and phone communications.

• Aid customers in diagnosing issues and resolving technical problems.

• Record and manage incidents, ensuring that ongoing matters are properly addressed.

• Work in conjunction with colleagues and senior engineers to explore and resolve issues.

• Oversee the replacement of hardware for malfunctioning devices or components.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Security is preferred.

• Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco or Juniper are considered beneficial.

• Demonstrated experience showcasing technical skills is essential.

• A strong interest in networking, security, Linux, and related technical fields.

• Possess empathy, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Fluency in both English and Polish is mandatory.

• Previous experience with technologies such as Check Point, Blue Coat/Symantec/Broadcom, F5, NetApp, Palo Alto, and Fortinet is advantageous.
