Junior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creating animated videos for advertising creatives that will set us apart from competitors.

• Editing, sound design work, utilizing stock resources and AI services.

• Close collaboration with creative marketers, participating in idea discussions and brainstorming sessions.

• Generating basic variations for successful creatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Confident in using the Adobe suite: After Effects (keyframes, masks, text animations, basic expressions, editing logic), Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Possess a portfolio showcasing motion/video work—educational, personal, or freelance projects.

• Have basic experience with AI tools: image generation, voiceovers, simple prompting; understand that different AI models react differently to prompts and be prepared to experiment with this.

• Proficient in English at least at A2 level.

• Attentive to details, ask clarifying questions instead of making assumptions, and work quickly with feedback.

• Advantageous: Completed courses in Motion Design.

• Experience with AI tools: Heygen, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, Claude, and others.

• Interest in performance metrics and advertising—even without extensive experience.

• Understanding of node-based systems.

• Foundation in JavaScript, knowledge of Notion, Airtable.
