Junior Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create, oversee, and enhance extensive paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Comprehend funnels and digital marketing strategies for all client initiatives while adhering to our established procedures.

• Initiate new campaigns for clients who have recently joined our portfolio.

• Review and refine both new and ongoing ad campaigns to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Cost Per Lead, are achieved.

• Attend all Media Buyer meetings and any scheduled team meetings that require collective participation.

• Manage the reporting process for paid performance, conveying results to the team as necessary on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

• Collaborate with up to 100 active clients simultaneously to drive their success.

• Acquire new techniques, strategies, and information as assigned, and share knowledge with the team when appropriate (including Google and TikTok ads).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience and a solid understanding of online funnel marketing and local lead generation.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Facebook Ads.

• Proficient in GSuite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.

• Coachable, with a willingness to learn new skills for the team.

• A strong drive to achieve results.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely task completion.

• Reliable Wi-Fi, a computer equipped with a webcam, and a private area for meetings.

• Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, design tools, and applications.

• Mastery of Facebook Compliance (Facebook Blueprint).
