This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and segment contact databases using: Emma
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Design, schedule, test, and launch email and SMS campaigns
• Coordinate updates for campaigns, revise content, and segment audiences
• Monitor campaign responses and assist with follow-up activities as needed
• Ensure the accuracy of communications, operational links, and maintain clean customer data
• Oversee inbound leads and customer inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and digital channels
• Keep precise records of customers and prospects within company systems
• Aid in communication with potential customers and franchise candidates
• Support onboarding processes and customer welcome communications
• Contribute to maintaining a superior customer experience across all interactions
• Supervise marketing automation systems and CRM workflows
• Identify and report on: Automation issues
• Workflow inconsistencies
• Platform errors
• Data discrepancies
• Assist with platform maintenance, database organization, and user access management
• Ensure that marketing systems and customer records are kept updated and well-organized
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives
• Monitor incoming messages and inquiries
• Assist in campaign launches and optimize outreach efforts
• Track outreach effectiveness and recurring engagement metrics
• Help maintain organized lead tracking and campaign reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance
