Junior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement marketing initiatives targeted at the Swedish market.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing team based in Germany.

• Assist in the introduction and expansion of the Mammutmarsch brand within Sweden.

• Create localized marketing concepts and campaigns.

• Carry out activities across various channels including social media, influencer marketing, PR, guerrilla marketing, and more.

• Conduct research to establish valuable partnerships and networks.

• Become one of the pioneering ambassadors of the Mammutmarsch ethos in Sweden.

• Aid in cultivating a local Mammutmarsch community.

• Spot opportunities, trends, and market insights.

• Share your own ideas to enhance our marketing strategy continuously.

• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives.

• Support on-site events and marketing activities.

• Work in partnership with external collaborators, influencers, and service providers.

• Assist in analyzing and evaluating marketing campaigns.

• Some experience in marketing fields such as social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR, or general marketing.

• A highly independent and proactive approach to work.

• Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think innovatively.

• Enthusiasm for taking initiative and contributing to the development of a new market.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency in Swedish at a native level.

• Strong command of the English language.
