Junior Logistics Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Overseeing delivery orders (market/grocery orders), engaging with various systems and updating order statuses

• Reaching out to customers to address potential delivery complications

• Coordinating with carriers to guide couriers and assess their daily performance

• Continuous engagement with customers, the iFood team, and carriers

• Utilizing and supervising internal systems

• Planning routes effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Energetic professional possessing strong communication abilities

• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in utilizing and overseeing internal systems

• Familiarity with route planning

• Understanding of customer service, fleet management, logistics, and route planning

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Excel or Google Sheets

• Degree in Business Administration or Logistics, or currently pursuing one
