Junior Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conducting research and evaluating potential legal risks within the company’s operational jurisdictions

• Ensuring legal compliance across various business functions

• Drafting and amending commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents

• Promoting awareness of legal obligations

• Developing legal processes that yield positive ROI to improve service quality and mitigate risks

• Engaging with business partners, law firms, and service providers across different jurisdictions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant experience with an international or leading law firm or IT product company

• Proficient in English (including legal drafting)

• Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle a wide range of legal issues

• Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated

• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into straightforward business solutions
