This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and various other channels.
• Qualify prospective clients and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Comprehend customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Keep precise records of leads, follow-ups, and activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs related to lead generation performance.
• Applicants must be fluent in Cantonese.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales / Telesales / Business Development is required.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Must be confident in engaging with customers and managing objections.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
• A self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset is essential.
• Immediate availability or preference for candidates who can start ASAP.
