This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a member of the IT Support team managing user-submitted tickets related to hardware, software, and access challenges.
• Oversee and fulfill IAM requests associated with both internal systems (such as business applications and cloud tools) and external EMR platforms utilized by medical practices.
• Collaborate with external IT departments at medical practices to acquire installers, verify connection requirements, and address access issues.
• Execute necessary software installations to facilitate EMR access, including but not limited to VPN clients, Remote Desktop clients, and practice-specific tools or custom installers provided by external IT teams.
• Work alongside clinical and administrative stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate provisioning of EMR access.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to system access and device readiness across all platforms.
• Record processes, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues for ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Refer complex issues to relevant team members when needed and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk capacity.
• Experience providing support to users in a Microsoft 365 cloud environment (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and remote support tools.
• Practical experience with VPN and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist users of various technical skill levels.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) practices.
• Background in healthcare IT or supporting EMR/EHR systems.
