IT Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

• Overseeing, maintaining, and providing support for the organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications

• Ensuring that all technological operations function seamlessly, efficiently, and securely

• Managing troubleshooting, system updates, data backups, and offering technical assistance to staff

• Aiding in the adoption of new technologies, enhancing system performance, and upholding cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or a comparable technical position

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

• Understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus software

• Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)

• Capability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical problems

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Eagerness to remain informed about emerging technologies and IT best practices
