This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide daily IT assistance through deskside support, telephone, and remote technologies.
• Proactively manage and prioritize the IT support queue in accordance with established SLAs.
• Execute Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes, which include onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies, encompassing Entra ID, Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin, Teams Admin, Intune, Licensing, Autopilot, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Provide support for hardware such as Windows laptops, Macs, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of IT asset records and lifecycle management procedures.
• Utilize ITSM tools to handle incidents, service requests, and knowledge articles, ensuring proper categorization, documentation, and resolution.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement through automation, AI integration, training, and knowledge management.
• Strong practical experience in delivering desktop support both on-site and remotely.
• Extensive experience in supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
