This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Deliver first-tier technical assistance to clients.
• Serve as the initial contact for customers seeking technical support through email.
• Recognize issues and identify optimal solutions based on the details provided.
• Assist customers through a step-by-step process for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Elevate unresolved matters to higher support levels when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure information remains current.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable ticketing systems.
• Competence in Google Workspace (particularly Sheets and Docs).
• Prior experience in customer support or service-oriented roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.
• Preferred skills: Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in supporting SaaS or IT products.
