Junior Integration Launch Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assisting with partner API integrations during the onboarding process and launch.

• Advising partners and commercial stakeholders on the functionality of APIs.

• Managing requests submitted through the ticketing system.

• Ensuring the quality of partner integrations is validated.

• Documenting information regarding integrating partners.

• Conducting meetings via Zoom or Google Meet with partners.

• Analyzing API logs and troubleshooting any errors that arise.

• Referring requests to other teams when necessary.

• Keeping the knowledge base current and updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) or experience with API integrations, as well as the launch and support of API clients.

• Strong time management, communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn.

• Proficient experience working with APIs and Postman.

• Capability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.

• Basic knowledge of API integration design principles.

• Competence in reading logs in JSON and XML formats.

• Familiarity with CRUD principles.

• Ability to use Google Docs effectively.

• Experience handling cross-functional or adjacent project tasks.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).

• *Preferred Skills:*

• Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana.

• Background in working with project-based tasks.

• Exceptional communication skills.
