Junior Innovation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of innovation initiatives.

• Assist in overseeing innovation programs.

• Organize and maintain a backlog of ideas and initiatives.

• Monitor program key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide support for innovation committees and forums.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking.

• Aid in the formulation of business cases.

• Help track pilots, proof of concepts (POCs), and innovation projects.

• Compile results, insights, and benefits realized.

• Create executive presentations for managers, directors, and vice presidents.

• Transform complex data into clear visual stories.

• Assist with internal communications to disseminate results.

• Organize meeting agendas and take minutes.

• Keep track of schedules and action plans.

• Manage program documentation.

• Ensure that indicators and knowledge bases are current.

• Provide support in budget management for programs when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint.

• Ability to structure executive presentations effectively.

• Skills in organizing information and analyzing data.

• Familiarity with Power BI.

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence.

• Competency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar.

• Experience with corporate innovation initiatives.

• Background in hubs, accelerators, startups, or innovation teams.

• Practical application of generative AI in daily tasks.
