Junior Influencer Community Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding campaign-related inquiries.

• Facilitate and oversee communication with employee creators, including providing feedback or updates through our platform or other communication channels.

• Proactively identify potential issues, raise concerns promptly, and take decisive action to ensure everything remains on schedule while keeping the Unlocked team informed.

• Assess and monitor all campaign content to guarantee compliance with brand standards, platform guidelines, and legal obligations.

• Establish and uphold tracking systems for employee creator engagement and campaign performance analytics to deliver tactical insights that assist in shaping client strategy.

• Modify plans, processes, and deliverables to adapt to the client's evolving objectives while ensuring robust execution.

• Stay informed about trends in the influencer and social media sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in campaign management within influencer marketing, talent management, or a comparable position.

• A comprehensive understanding of the Creator Economy and various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Strong grasp of marketing principles, campaign development, and digital marketing channels.

• Documented experience in campaign management and marketing, with a proven history of successfully monitoring and executing campaigns.

• Outstanding attention to detail and effective project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal—with robust negotiation skills.

• Team-oriented mindset, adept at collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

• Inherently proactive, strategic, and focused on solutions.
