Junior Full Stack Developer, Logistics Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain robust software applications utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React.

• Develop new functionalities from the ground up, including role-based access control services, API integrations, and endpoint creation, under the mentorship of Senior Developers.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to outline, design, and execute new features.

• Operate in an AI-enhanced development environment, utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Engage in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development methodologies and team collaboration practices.

• Adhere to Agile/SCRUM frameworks and actively involve yourself in ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in software development with an emphasis on the TypeScript/JavaScript stack.

• Demonstrated experience in Node.js, React.js, and developing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).

• Capability to craft effective prompts for AI-generated code and refactoring tasks.

• Experience in preparing code for AI-assisted review and translating AI-generated specifications into actionable implementation tasks.

• Strong skills in debugging and validating AI-generated code.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving results.

• Analytical mindset and sound technical judgment.

• Quick comprehension of existing digital products and architectures.

• Experience collaborating within SCRUM teams.

• Proficiency in English will be an advantage.

• Experience integrating and working with design systems (Tailwind, Storybook).

• Proven background in AI-augmented development (personal projects, certifications).

• Experience with AI-assisted requirements breakdown and task decomposition (e.g., spec-kit, BMAD).
