Junior Full Stack Developer, Logistics Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain high-quality software applications utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React.

• Develop new features from the ground up, including role-based access control services, API integrations, and endpoint creation, with mentorship from Senior Developers.

• Engage closely with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement new functionalities.

• Operate within an AI-enhanced development environment, making use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Take part in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of development methodologies and team collaborative practices.

• Adhere to Agile/SCRUM frameworks and actively engage in related ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in software development, particularly with the TypeScript/JavaScript stack.

• Demonstrated expertise in Node.js, React.js, and REST API development.

• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).

• Capability to create effective prompts for AI-generated code and refactoring.

• Experience in preparing code for AI-assisted reviews and translating AI-generated specifications into actionable implementation tasks.

• Strong skills in debugging and validating AI-generated code.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.

• Analytical thinking and robust technical judgment.

• Ability to rapidly comprehend existing digital products and their architectures.

• Experience in working within SCRUM teams.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience integrating and working with design systems (Tailwind, Storybook) is a plus.

• Proven track record in AI-augmented development (personal projects, certifications).

• Experience in AI-assisted requirements breakdown and task decomposition (e.g., spec-kit, BMAD).
