Junior Flutter Developer, Affirmative Action Position for Women

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development of mobile applications using Flutter, with a focus on enhancing the life insurance customer journey.

• Play a key role in optimizing the customer experience by refining app screens, workflows, and features.

• Collaborate within a diverse product squad that includes both CI&T members and client team members, actively participating in all relevant ceremonies.

• Work alongside the team to establish requirements and design the user interface, prioritizing usability and user experience.

• Create and maintain mobile applications utilizing Flutter.

• Conduct software testing (both manual and automated as necessary) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues with guidance from more experienced team members.

• Integrate the application with backend services, including Java and other runnable services.

• Document the features and processes developed.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in mobile development and best practices for Flutter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Flutter for mobile application development.

• Foundational knowledge of frontend development (componentization, UI best practices, API integration).

• Basic understanding of Java or experience working with APIs/services developed in Java.

• Familiarity with code versioning systems (Git) and collaborative workflows in repositories.
