This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Digital Accounting: You will take over the ongoing accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping in our ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Through our existing interface with the expense tool, you will manage expenses and travel costs automatically.
• Payment Transactions & Closures: You will oversee the weekly payment runs and actively support the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
• Invoice Verification in Team: Together with our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the operational invoice verification.
• Process Optimization: You will assist us in refining existing workflows and ensuring our data quality for reporting purposes.
• Team & Collaboration: You will become a part of our 3-member finance team (alongside our Head of Finance and Finance Manager).
• You have already gained professional experience and knowledge in the field of finance and accounting, with a basic understanding of bookkeeping topics.
• You have initial experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central would be fantastic, but we also welcome experience with DATEV or similar systems.
• You are an organizational talent, characterized by your precise and reliable working style.
• You are passionate about digitalization processes in finance and advocate for a paperless office (m/f/x).
• You are eager to work in an international team and possess excellent German and English language skills.
• Develop your skills in the area of controlling and seize the opportunity to engage in reporting, budget deviations, budgeting, and forecasting topics.
