This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Provide assessment, performance evaluation, data analysis, and reporting assistance for the Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot aimed at enhancing suicide prevention-focused care coordination for Veterans at heightened risk.
• Create and execute evaluation systems to measure program activities, implementation progress, outcomes, and overall impact.
• Oversee evaluation efforts across three pilot sites and incorporate evaluation procedures into program and clinical operations.
• Formulate evaluation frameworks, measurement strategies, data collection methods, performance indicators, and reporting criteria.
• Gather, organize, monitor, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative program data.
• Conduct qualitative evaluations, content analysis, surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.
• Recognize trends, patterns, gaps, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and produce performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, summaries, visualizations, and findings reports.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency is maintained.
• Convert evaluation insights into actionable recommendations and monitor their implementation.
• Collaborate with Government program leaders, clinical stakeholders, program managers, analysts, implementation team members, and contractor staff.
• Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, evaluation plans, data collection instruments, and technical documentation.
• Assist with formal pilot evaluations, scaling planning, implementation toolkits, and sustainable national performance monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in evaluation, public health, healthcare administration, social sciences, statistics, data analytics, behavioral health, research, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, research, healthcare analytics, quality improvement, or a related field.
• Preferred experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
