Junior Engineer – CNI & Cloud Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and further development of networking within Kubernetes clusters

• Configuration and troubleshooting of CNI solutions (e.g., Cilium, Calico)

• Ensuring the stability, transparency, and performance of the platform

• Collaboration with Kubernetes, infrastructure, and network teams

• Participation in building scalable cloud and data center solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental practical experience with Kubernetes (e.g., deployments, services, networking)

• Initial exposure to CNI plugins (e.g., Cilium, Calico – also in lab/project settings)

• Understanding of cloud networking (VPC, subnets, routing, NAT, security groups)

• Knowledge of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)

• Experience with containers (Docker) and foundational Linux skills

• Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in German
