Junior EMR Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of Ava’s EMR software in clinics throughout BC, ensuring tasks, schedules, and milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

• Work closely with healthcare providers and clinic managers to identify their needs and demonstrate empathy in addressing any concerns.

• Tailor clinic profiles within the EMR to meet the specific requirements of each clinic.

• Provide thorough training on Ava’s EMR functionalities to clinic staff, both remotely and in-person, facilitating smooth transitions through effective change management.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders through efficient collaboration and consistent communication.

• Manage expectations proactively, offer progress updates, and effectively handle conflict resolution as necessary.

• Design, develop, and enhance project management processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness, adapting to rapid changes while maintaining flexibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant project management experience; experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, able to work independently while prioritizing and managing time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and processes.

• Familiarity with project management software tools, such as ClickUp.

• Proficient in productivity tools like Google Suite and Slack.

• Previous experience in training, whether remotely or in a classroom environment, is a plus.

• Experience in the healthcare industry and with EMR systems is beneficial.

• Must reside in British Columbia.
