Junior Dutch Speaking Content Moderator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with established community guidelines and policies.

• Detect and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.

• Ensure a high level of precision while processing content in a dynamic environment.

• Work with team members to apply best practices and enhance moderation procedures.

• Offer insights on trends and issues identified during the content moderation process.

• Assist users by responding to their questions and concerns regarding content policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker with proficient communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related area is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high quality standards.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adjust to shifting priorities.
