This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create sales and marketing materials such as customer case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, sales presentations, and campaign assets.
• Transform technical ideas into clear, organized narratives that cater to specific target personas and their buying stages.
• Produce content that aids in pipeline development and deal advancement by addressing customer needs, objections, and use cases.
• Generate training and educational materials for onboarding new team members, product launches, and various internal learning programs.
• Review and refine all content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency prior to publication.
• Manage competitive positioning documents and battlecards based on the guidance of Product Marketing's research and messaging.
• Assist in creating and enhancing buyer persona and use-case documentation utilized by both Sales and Product Marketing teams.
• Provide feedback from the field and deal cycles to Product Marketing to continuously improve messaging.
• Establish and maintain a centralized repository of sales-ready content that is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with the key stages of the sales process.
• Ensure that content is practical and designed for real-world application in sales discussions, enabling teams to convey a consistent narrative across interactions.
• Aid in product launches and releases with pertinent and engaging materials.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, sales enablement, or product marketing, preferably in B2B or government technology sectors.
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with the ability to adjust tone, structure, and detail for various personas, buying stages, and formats.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, skilled at creating clean, on-brand presentations independently without extensive design assistance.
• Familiarity with Webflow, comfortable making updates and constructing pages within an existing design framework.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to develop content and enablement materials.
• Strong project management skills: adept at handling multiple content requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating with Sales to convert real interactions and objections into practical content that is effectively utilized.
• A keen interest or hands-on experience in utilizing AI tools to create lightweight agents or workflows that facilitate content production, research, or enablement activities.
• Knowledge of government, public sector, or other intricate B2B buying environments is advantageous, though not mandatory.
