Associate Director, Tagging & Content Measurement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, implement, and expand enterprise tagging, taxonomy, and content measurement capabilities.

• Ensure that content adheres to compliance standards and is structured effectively for measurement throughout the entire content lifecycle.

• Establish and oversee taxonomy frameworks, metadata standards, and UTM structures.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate tagged data across various systems.

• Propel metadata completeness and accuracy to enhance measurement reliability.

• Facilitate workshops and governance forums to promote the adoption of taxonomy.

• Identify opportunities to improve tagging automation and analytics capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in marketing technology, data/analytics enablement, content operations, or enterprise platform management.

• Proven experience in implementing and scaling tagging, taxonomy, or measurement frameworks within a global, regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of metadata governance, data quality management, and enterprise data standards.

• Practical experience with Veeva Vault and Claravine.

• Experience in enabling comprehensive content measurement, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
