Junior Documentation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain current technical documentation for systems and applications, which includes user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, and diagrams.

• Assist development and QA teams in organizing and standardizing documents pertaining to the software lifecycle.

• Engage in meetings with cross-functional teams to gather insights on system requirements and features.

• Ensure that documentation adheres to best practices for usability, accessibility, and technical compliance.

• Conduct textual and structural reviews of documents generated by other teams.

• Organize and manage versions of documents within internal repositories such as Confluence and SharePoint.

• Support the creation of content for training and technical presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or equivalent disciplines.

• Excellent technical writing abilities and effective communication skills.

• Basic familiarity with documentation tools including Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word.

• Understanding of software development concepts and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience in video editing for documentation and training purposes.

• Knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut.

• Technical Writing certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Unimed, SGU, or Cardio systems is a plus.

• Background in software technical documentation is beneficial.
