Junior Digital & Social Media Berater, w/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a Digital & Social Media expert: You will start as an integral member of our consulting team, supporting colleagues in daily operations and gradually taking on more responsibility as a project manager in client consulting for digital and social media projects.

• Think strategically: From the outset, you will be involved in the strategic planning of digital and social media campaigns (both Organic & Paid) and learn how to select the most effective channels and touchpoints for our clients.

• Be creative and hands-on: Acting as a link between clients, partners, strategy, and creation, you will participate in content creation, actively contribute to the planning and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns, and also organize productions.

• At the same time, you will take charge of the operational management of advertisements in common campaign managers (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Optimize to the fullest: You will dive deep into performance-oriented optimization, conduct A/B tests, build target audiences (e.g., Retargeting, Lookalikes), and assist the team in continuously improving campaign performance.

• Make success measurable: You will translate numbers into insights. You will assist in creating KPI-based analyses and reports and learn how to draw the right strategic conclusions for our clients.

• More enthusiasm than prior experience.

• Your foundation: You may be a recent graduate, have completed a relevant vocational training, or be a talented career changer passionate about digital topics.

• Initial insights: You have already gained some practical experience in the social media field, perhaps through an internship, a working student position, or by managing your own projects.

• Platform knowledge: You have navigated the Meta Business Manager and know where to find what you need.

• Digital native with curiosity: Social media is not just a pastime for you; it is a passion.
