• Minimum of 2 years of experience with an MVC framework, ideally Ruby on Rails.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles (SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Code).

• Write code adhering to Test-Driven Development (we utilize RSpec).

• Experience with version control practices: pull requests, code reviews, feature branches.
