This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and precise information.
β’ Provide assistance to customers regarding product-related queries, technical support, and resolution of issues.
β’ Manage orders, returns, and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate matters as necessary.
β’ Keep current with knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
β’ Accurately record interactions and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
β’ Aim to surpass customer expectations and provide an exceptional service experience.
β’ Native or fluent in Danish; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
β’ Prior experience in customer service, support, or a related domain is advantageous.
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage challenging situations with composure and effectiveness.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
β’ A customer-centric mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
β’ Passion for the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
