This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist our clients in utilizing our regulatory reporting solutions while acquiring skills to troubleshoot business and functional challenges in a systematic setting.
• Provide support to clients with functional inquiries related to our regulatory reporting products.
• Aid in the analysis of business rules and configurations to help pinpoint and address issues.
• Help investigate inconsistencies in regulatory calculations with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams (both technical and functional) to facilitate issue resolution.
• Acquire best practices and gradually enhance product and domain knowledge.
• Support the team in managing incoming tickets and service requests.
• Assist in keeping clear documentation of issues and their resolutions.
• Engage in handovers as part of the Follow the Sun (FTS) support model.
• Provide assistance during high-priority incidents under supervision.
• Gradually participate in on-call or weekend rotations as experience is gained.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Contribute to enhancing support processes and team workflows.
• Learn how regulatory reporting processes function and how clients engage with our solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, business analysis, or working with software solutions (internships included).
• Basic understanding of financial concepts or a willingness to learn.
• A keen interest in regulatory reporting and financial systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or SQL is an advantage, but not mandatory.
