This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of company documentation, ensuring precision, structure, and consistency throughout internal content.
• Oversee and coordinate company documentation by processing publishing requests from document owners.
• Publish new documents on WordPress and update relevant files in Google Drive.
• Revise and maintain existing documentation within WordPress.
• Handle requests for publishing and content updates.
• Preserve the structure and organization of the internal knowledge base.
• Perform documentation audits to guarantee accuracy and relevance.
• Liaise with document owners to clarify requirements and coordinate updates.
• Process internal feedback forms associated with documentation.
• Over 1 year of experience with WordPress, including hands-on involvement in the admin panel.
• Proficient in managing and updating content on WordPress.
• Intermediate+ proficiency in English, encompassing written business communication.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Drive.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
• Capability to handle multiple requests and independently follow through on tasks.
• Responsible and dependable work ethic with clear updates on task progress.
• Basic quality assurance mindset and an ability to identify inconsistencies, formatting issues, or content concerns.
• **Desirable:**
• Experience in supporting or maintaining internal documentation (technical manuals, guidelines, etc.).
• Prior experience in an IT company.
