This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Support customers with questions related to products and troubleshooting.

• Offer technical assistance when needed.

• Keep customer records updated in the CRM system.

• Aim to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or fluent Italian speaker.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capable of managing customer inquiries with composure.

• Basic computer literacy is required.

• No previous experience is necessary.
