This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Mastering the Inbox: Efficiently managing a high volume of support inquiries through email and chat with accuracy and speed. (Note: There are no inbound phone calls—your emphasis is on delivering high-quality written communication).
• Hosting Expert Webinars: Conducting virtual group training sessions and webinars for our international clients (such as Accor) to enhance product adoption and success.
• Creating Digital Resources: Recognizing frequent inquiries from your tickets to assist in developing our video library and FAQ section, facilitating self-service for clients.
• Communicating Across Borders: Effectively translating client requirements into actionable insights for our product and account teams in both English and either German or French.
• Maintaining Platform Accuracy: Supporting occasional account configurations and property setups to ensure the seamless management of our clients’ data.
• C1-level proficiency in English in addition to German or French.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: You have the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a manner that is clear, friendly, and professional over email.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Client Success role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• On-Camera Confidence: You are at ease conducting webinars and presenting to groups in a virtual setting.
