📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat for Danish-speaking clients

• Help customers with questions regarding products, services, orders, and general assistance

• Efficiently and professionally address customer complaints

• Thoroughly document customer interactions

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Danish

• Proficient in English

• Excellent interpersonal skills
